Description: The PEI Managers Interest Group is conceived as a steppingstone to a 10-Group. It will have no age limit and be geared towards leadership within a company and its day-to-day management and operations. The group will be about building leadership skills through peer-to-peer connections and support. Further, it will offer networking opportunities. Members will engage and collaborate with trusted sources to navigate business challenges and act on new opportunities. The long-range goal is to improve each individual’s personal and professional performance.
Expectations:
· Two in-person meetings a year

· Conversations to drive strategy and tactics on the following, but not limited to, topics:
o Communications within and outside the company
o Company vehicles and the usage thereof
o Best practices with soft and hardware

o Improving efficiency within the company
